STAFFA COTTAGE This newly built, modern, detached cottage is located in the quiet crofting community of Aultgrishan, near Gairloch, situated approx. 200 yards from the shore. The cottage overlooks the sea, with views of Skye, Harris and Lewis. The Beinn Eighe Reserve and the Torridon Mountains are just a short distance away. |
| Aultgrishan has a cafe bar/restaurant, with another tea room nearby. The area's attractions include whale-watching and marine-life trips, including visits to the puffin colonies on the Shiant islands, salmon, trout and sea-fishing, golf course and pony trekking. Also, boat trips on Loch Maree to view Viking graves, bike hire, deer museum, guided hill walks and Inverewe Gardens, to name but a few. |  View from Staffa |

the village of Melvaig. Well equipped with electric
cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge
and freezer, washer/dryer, toaster, etc., plus a good range of
cooking utensils.
There is an adjacent dining area. |

Double bedroom with king size bed and fitted wardrobe.
Second bedroom with twin beds. Both with pine furnishings. The bathroom has a modern suite with overbath shower, WC, shaver point, heater and heated towel rail. |
TARIFF
£185 - £395 per week
A deposit, together with a retainer is requested on booking.

Sheets, pillow cases, bath and hand towels, and tea towels, can be provided at an extra charge. Electricity is metered and the amount will be deducted from your retainer. The meter will be read on arrival and departure. A deposit of £75 per week is requested in advance together with a retainer of £35. The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday. Bookings are from Friday 4pm to Friday 9.30am |
Parking space for 2 cars at the rear of the cottage. Well behaved dogs accepted.

LOCATION The coastline around Aultgrishan and to Rua Reidh Lighthouse (approx. 4 miles north) is rugged, a haven for nesting birds, seals, whales and otters.
