This traditional style semi-detached house is located in the quiet crofting
community of Melvaig, near Gairloch.
Situated about 200 yards from the
shore. The house overlooks the sea, with views of Skye, Harris and Lewis.
The Beinn Eighe Nature Reserve and
The Torridon mountains are just a short distance away.

| Melvaig has a cafe bar/restaurant, with another tea room nearby. The area's attractions include whale-watching and marine-life trips, including visits to the puffin colonies on the Shiant islands, salmon, trout and sea-fishing, golf course and pony trekking. Lounge area comfortably furnished with 2 easy chairs, dinig table and chairs, electric fire, colour TV/video, radio/cassette/CD player. |

The living area comprises lounge/kitchen with patio windows overlooking the sea. Modern kitchen, with sea views, well- equipped with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, toaster etc. Includes good range of crockery and utensils; coffee maker, food mixer etc.
The porch and hall have storage and hanging space. |

The bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobe and traditional furnishings. Bathroom with electric over-bath shower, WC, downflow heater, heated towel rail and shaver socket. |
TARIFF
£155 - £295 per week
A deposit, together with a retainer, is requested on booking.

Sheets, pillowcases, bath and hand towels, and tea towels can be provided at an extra charge. Electricity is metered and the amount will be deducted from your retainer. The meter will be read on arrival and departure. A deposit of £75 per week is requested in advance, together with a retainer of £35. The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to the commencement of you holiday. Bookings are from Friday 4pm to Friday 9.30am Parking space for 1 car inside grounds. Outside sensor light.

LOCATION The coastline around Melvaig and to Rua Reidh Lighthouse (approx. 4 miles north) is rugged, a haven for nesting birds, seals, whales and otters.

Gairloch (20 minutes) has hotels, shops, doctors and a dental surgery. Fishing trips and guided hill walks available locally by prior arrangement. |
